YFB2系列粉塵防爆三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)是根據(jù)GB12476.1－2000（idtIEC61241-1-1999）可燃性粉塵環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備第1部分：用外殼和限制表面溫度保護(hù)的電氣設(shè)備第1節(jié)電氣設(shè)備的技術(shù)要求的規(guī)定進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、試驗(yàn)和制造的。YFB系列粉塵防爆三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)系全封閉、自扇冷式、鼠籠型結(jié)構(gòu)。具有設(shè)計(jì)新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，造型美觀、效率和轉(zhuǎn)矩高、起動(dòng)性能好、節(jié)能、噪聲低、振動(dòng)小、運(yùn)行安全可靠等特點(diǎn)。本系列機(jī)座號(hào)范圍80～355，功率等級(jí)和安裝尺寸完全符合國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)（IEC）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
YFB2 series dust-explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are designed, tested, and manufactured accordin2to GB12476.1-2000 (idtIEC61241-1-1999), Electrical Equipment Used in Environments with Combustible Dust; Section 1: Technical Requirements for Electrical Equipment, Part 1: Electrical Equipment with Enclosure and Surface Temperature Limit Protection. This series motors are fully enclosed, fan-ventilated, and squirrel-cage products. They are of remarkable features, such as novel design, compact construction, attractive appearance, high efficiency and torque, excellent starting perbance, energy saving, low noise and vibration, and safe and reliable operation. The frame size range of this series is 80-355, and the output ratings and mounting dimensions totally conb to the standards of International Electro technical Commission (IEC).
電動(dòng)機(jī)的絕緣等級(jí)：通常為F級(jí)或H級(jí)，兩種絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)參數(shù)相同，只是溫升限值不同。YFB系列電機(jī)是F級(jí)絕緣。當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行地點(diǎn)海拔不超過(guò)1000m,最高環(huán)境溫度不超過(guò)40℃為基礎(chǔ)時(shí)，定子繞組溫升的限值（電阻法）應(yīng)不超過(guò)80K，但機(jī)座號(hào)315L的2、4極和機(jī)座號(hào)355按105K考核。
Insulation grade: F or H in general. Except for maximum temperature rise, the technical beters of the two grades are same. The insulation grade of YFB series motors is F. When the motors operate at an altitude less than 1000m and the highest ambient temperature is less than 40°C, the maximum temperature rise of stator windings shall be 80K, while the 2-pole and 4-pole motors with the frame size of 315L and the motors with the frame size of 355 should be examined by taking the value as 105K.
軸承允許的溫度：不超過(guò)95℃。

額定功率及極數(shù)（轉(zhuǎn)速）的選擇制造廠提供的功率等級(jí)是選自GB/T4772.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的第一數(shù)系，少部分的功率選自第二數(shù)系。但有時(shí)功率等級(jí)及極數(shù)滿足不了不同用戶選型要求，請(qǐng)與制造廠協(xié)商。

Selection of rated power and number of poles (rotation rate): the output ratings provided by the manufacturer are chosen from the first number system specified in the standard of GB/T4772.1, and a small part of output ratings are chosen from the second number system. However, the output ratings and number of poles might fail to meet users’ requirements on some occasions. If so, please consult with the manufacturer.

8.接連方式：功率在3kW及以下者為Ｙ接，其他功率均為△接。
